Saudi Arabia’s state-owned oil company Aramco (valued at $1.7 trillion), recently declared the clean energy transition a failure. Shocker. Here’s the truth. And some more info on Aramco’s BS.
A great quote from the Fast Company Article:
“This reasoning verges on nihilism, declaring defeat on behalf of the governments, businesses and other organizations that are working to reduce the damage that the oil industry has helped to cause. It’s also bad for business and the economy, like telling Henry Ford in about 1910 that cars had failed to transform the market, so focus on improving horses and carriages.”
Around the same time, America’s very own, ExxonMobil’s CEO blamed the climate crisis on the public. Yep, the same company that has been lying about climate change for 50 years believes someone else is to blame. Well, they don’t really believe that, but they want you to believe it. Unbelievable.
Great change would have already taken place if billionaires around the world weren’t blocking the way.
Speak up, everyone! …and pay attention!
